"Lori brings deep insight to her practice and to her classes. She makes the practice accessible and meaningful, sharing not only the physical dimensions of yoga, but the spiritual ones as well."
– Kim G
Lori leads workshops around the state of Oregon throughout the year. These easy get-aways offer renewal and rejuvenation and are a perfect way to enhance well-being.
Yoga in Yachats
This is a special weekend at the Oregon coast. This longstanding workshop is a biannual event, taking place in spring and fall. Held at the Tea House on the grounds at the Yachats Inn, classes begin on Friday evening and end at noon on Sunday. Lodging is available at the Yachats Inn or at any location that you choose in the area.
The beauty of a weekend of yoga is the uninterrupted rhythm of the practice. A natural deepening of the understanding of asana and pranayama takes place as we step away from our usual routine and spend time reflecting and cultivating the art of attention.
October 18 - 20, 2019
April 17 -19 , 2020
Cost: $150. (Lodging and meals are separate.) Some yoga experience preferred.
