Private Lessons

For those who seek more individual instruction, Lori offers private lessons at her studio. Prior to scheduling it is helpful to determine the purpose of the session and to focus on those needs, which could range from working with injuries to creating a home practice.

Weekly Classes

Lori offers a variety of daily and weekly classes from her studio in Philomath and in Corvallis as well. She teaches yoga workshops around Oregon and takes groups on retreat to Mexico twice a year.

 

Classes are offered in sessions of 10–12 weeks during the year and are 90 minutes in length. Students are welcomed at any level, from Beginning to Intermediate. Each class begins with time to settle and focus the mind in preparation for the practice. Asanas are presented sequentially so that each student is able to observe the process and resulting benefits from doing yoga. Classes end with a resting pose, known as "Savasana," in which one is encouraged to fully relax and embrace the breath.
